Brief introduction
There has been a rapid development in well drilling tools, with improved performance which has led to the increasing substitution of steel tools by cemented carbide tools, in particular in the oil industry. Notably, the use of very coarse grained hardmetals is growing in this application area.
Tungsten carbide tablets are widely used as wear parts in a lot of industry due to its excellent performance. Tungsten carbide is facing with the resistant-wearing, high fracture strength, high thermal conductivity, small heat expansion co-efficient. So some spare parts takes the tungsten carbide to enhance the service life. As we know, the sledbase are frequently used in the snow. It is too expensive to change the whole fracture. So if the specific part is replaced by the tungsten carbide, the service life of the sledbase is improving and prolonging. Our factory can produce the specific chape of tungsten carbide strips to meet the different shape of the sledbase. Once the below parts of the sledbase is damaged, we can just replace the small parts of the sled.
