The introduction of customed titanium products
The titanium CNC parts are made from pure titanium and titanium alloy. Their surfaces are anodized, sandblasted and coated. They are processed by the CNC turning machine. Their tolerance is about 0.01mm.
The customized parts are produced as per drawings or samples.
Customized titanium products are made by good quality. The titanium material has the following feature such as anti-corrosion, light weight, high strength, non-magnetic, and long lifespan. The material grade ranges from commercially pure Gr1 to alloy Gr23 (Gr5 Eli).

Titanium tablets are hot / cold rolled from forged titanium plates. Annealing is required to relief the residual stress inside of titanium for reasons of dimensional stability and restoration of properties.

Quality assurance & Inspection
Titanium tablets are trimmed and sheared smoothly, surface free from any contamination, nicks, dents, scratches, grinding marks or any other unexpected defects.
All delivered plates and sheets are leveled and annealed to maintain flatness and packed in strong plywood boxs, separated by plastic / paper between each other. On request, PE plastic film could be covered on titanium plate and sheet to prevent scratches created during transport.
Detailed testing report could be provided separately by email/mail or along with the goods.
